The executive management team has a wealth of experience in services, finance, and technology, driving ARK to be the market leader in Community Planning; Infrastructure Solutions; e-Governance Solutions; Strategic Planning; for enterprises and communities with complex and diverse finance organizations.

The management functions independent of their roles and responsibilities and is accountable to their clients and stakeholders. The management has delegated to the Governance Committee of the Chairperson and Managing Director with the role of overseeing corporate governance. Thus, ARK has demonstrated the vision and a comprehensive approach to governance through the integration of empowerment and accountability involving all employees up to the management and ultimately to its employees and stakeholders.
