About the Product
This

First Nation Health Departments designed with a sole objective
of developing the skills of the community workforce in the areas
of basic operation, management, planning and budgeting. The workforce
will then be better prepared to carry out their duties more efficiently
and effectively by attaining a higher level of Certification under

This product is an advanced version of the conventional Strategic

the Transitional Funding Model.
Finally, the process is more about just fundamental decisions
and actions because choices must be made in order to device the
best possible management staff for the community. The results
are to get the community moving towards self development. The
plan is ultimately no more, and no less, than a set of tools about
what to do, why to do it, and how to do it.
Moreover,
a Community strategic plan can be complex, challenging, and even
tough to achieve and implement, but with capable training professionals
and the right capacity building models it is always a better choice
to implement this package for your community and ensure success.
Defined by the basic ideas outlined above - you can always return
