About the Product

This product was a perfect training and management package for the First Nation Health Departments designed with a sole objective of developing the skills of the community workforce in the areas of basic operation, management, planning and budgeting. The workforce will then be better prepared to carry out their duties more efficiently and effectively by attaining a higher level of Certification under TFM with these skills and insights.

This product is an advanced version of the conventional Strategic Package of ARK that is intended for different Cross functional business domains. This product is specifically tailored toward a capacity building package for Community Health center staff to help them by setting up a reporting structure for their FNIHB (First Nations Inuit Health Branch) programs and reports. Also, staged process tools to help the Health center achieve and implement the Transitional Funding Model.

Finally, the process is more about just fundamental decisions and actions because choices must be made in order to device the best possible management staff for the community. The results are to get the community moving towards self development. The plan is ultimately no more, and no less, than a set of tools about what to do, why to do it, and how to do it.

Moreover, a Community strategic plan can be complex, challenging, and even tough to achieve and implement, but with capable training professionals and the right capacity building models it is always a better choice to implement this package for your community and ensure success. Defined by the basic ideas outlined above - you can always return to the ARK to apply for this training package and negotiate a training schedule for your community to get your workforce into your own strategic planning process.
